The PianoXpress aims to bring back the joy of train travel, making it a pleasant and eventful experience. Daytime journeys offer the chance to enjoy good company or quietly engage with a book or laptop, while nighttime travel is designed to be comfortable, safe, and hygienic. Travel is seen as "quality time," allowing passengers to arrive relaxed and in a good mood. The exhibition presents two views: Piero Lissoni takes a historical approach to travel design, while Hadi Teherani offers a futuristic perspective. Both focus on enhancing the travel experience. The Settebello, an iconic train connecting Milan and Rome, serves as a historical example of high-quality travel, emphasizing comfort and design excellence.
